OnePlus, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has announced the launch of its first-ever tablet, the OnePlus Pad, in India and globally. The device is set to hit the market in April’23 and the pre-orders will commence from that date.

The OnePlus Pad features an 11.6-inch 2.8K 144Hz IPS display with a resolution of 2800 x 2000 pixels, a touch sampling rate of 120 Hz/144 Hz, and a typical brightness of 500 nits. The aspect ratio is 7:5 with a screen-to-body ratio of 88.14%. The tablet comes equipped with a variable refresh rate of 60/90/120/144 Hz.

Under the hood, the OnePlus Pad is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 CPU and an ARM G710 MC10 GPU. It has an 8MP front camera and a 13MP rear camera. The front camera can record up to 1080p at 30fps while the rear camera can record up to 4K at 30fps. The device comes with 8GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB/256GB UFS 3.1 storage. It is equipped with a 9510mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging.

The OnePlus Pad runs on OxygenOS 13.1 based on Android 13 and features Face ID for security. It comes with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth V5.3 connectivity options. The device also has Type-C ports for charging and audio device connectivity. The tablet is 6.5mm thin and weighs 552 grams.

• It will be available in Halo Green color.
• The price of the device has not been revealed yet, but it is expected to fall in the range of Rs. 40,000 to 50,000.
