ASUS launched Zenfone 9 back in July in global market, and there is no official information about India launch date. As we all know Asus launched its Asus 8Z AKA Asus Zenfone 8 after almost a year after global launch.
Now YouTuber Sahil Karol the ASUS 9z AKA Asus Zenfone 9 is launching on this Tuesday i.e. 23rd August in india. In Indian market Asus didn’t use the Zenfone branding.

According to the YouTuber the Asus Zenfone 9 AKA Asus 9z is launching tomorrow i.e. 23rd August. But yet there is not any noise from ASUS India team. Not even a teaser.
the Asus india may launch Asus 9z silently like Google did with Pixel 6a release without a launch event.

ASUS Zenfone 9 sports a 5.9-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, HDR10+, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 240Hz touch sampling rate, 112 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut, 1200nits peak brightness, and a Gorilla Glass Victus layer for protection.
The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 5G SoC paired with Adreno GPU. The chipset is paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, further expandable via a microSD card.
Moving to the optics, the ASUS Zenfone 9 features a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor with f/1.9 aperture, six-axis gimbal stabilisation, 2X2 OCL PDAF, and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and f/2.2 aperture. There is a 12MP Sony IMX663 selfie snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.
The ASUS Zenfone 9 is equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security, IP68 rating for water and dust resistance, 3.5mm audio jack, stereo speakers.
There is a 4,300mAh battery with 30W fast charging support. Connectivity features include 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, USB Type-C, USB Type-C port and NFC.
