JBL launches Tune 230 NC and 130 NC TWS at a Rs 4,599 onwards, all you need to know

JBL just launched the Tune 230NC and Tune 130NC TWS earbuds in India. These earbuds feature ANC and offer up to 40 hours of battery life. So let’s take a look at their specifications and see what’s in store.

JBL has introduced the Tune 230NC which comes with a clever stem design to house microphones, provide clear audio input while speaking on the phone, and sports an efficient 6.0mm driver to ensure the sound of JBL’s signature Pure Bass variety.

In total, this earphone set includes four microphones, with two of them enabling Active noise cancellation and a transparency feature, so the user can maintain situational awareness while listening to content.

It’s Bluetooth 5.2 with Google Fast Pair and can connect with two devices at the same time. It has touch controls for answering or rejecting calls, controlling media playback, and accessing the built-in Google and Alexa voice assistants.

Coming to the battery, these earbuds are capable of 10 hours of playback without ANC and 40 hours with the charging case. With ANC turned on, the battery life is said to be 8 hours on a single charge and 32 hours total with the charging case. 10 minutes of charging will get users around 2 hours of playtime, as well as make them IPX4 sweat and water-resistant.

The JBL Tune 230 NC will be available on May 03, 2022, in JBL Brand Stores, on the JBL website, and across other major retailers and online sites, at an initial price of Rs. 5999 in Black, Blue, and White.

The TUNE 130NC has a modern, dot-like design that comfortably fits in your ear and is constructed with 10mm drivers and equipped with two mic channels to offer enhanced ANC and high-quality sound.

Some other features of the JBL Tune 130NC include: Ambient Aware, an app that customizes the listening experience with options like True Point (the default setting for lyrics), Harmony in Play, Intuitive Position Adjustment, Touch Controls, battery backup that can last for 40 hours, up to 10 hours when noise canceling is turned off, and up to 32 hours when noise canceling is turned on. It also features IPX4 water and sweat resistance.
