OPPO Find N2 Flip

The OPPO Find N2 Series has been launched in China with two different designs. OPPO Find N2 is a foldable device like the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 and OPPO Find N2 Flip is a flipable device like the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4. As compared to Samsung’s smartphones, both smartphones by OPPO are full of innovation.

• It features a 6.8-inch FHD+ 120Hz LTPO E6 Amoled Internal Display with 2520 × 1080 Pixel Resolution, 21:9 Aspect Ratio, Nano-AR Anti-Reflection Coating, and 1600 nits Peak Brightness.
• This Flip smartphone also has a 3.26-inch HD 60Hz BOE OLED External Display with 720 × 382 Pixel Resolution, 17:9 aspect ratio, and 900 nits Peak Brightness.
• It is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9000+ SoC with Arm Mali-G710 MC10 GPU.
• It has a 32MP (IMX709, 1/2.74-inch Sensor Size) Front Camera and a 50MP (IMX890, 1/1.56-inch Sensor Size) Main + 8MP (IMX355, 112°, 1/4-inch Sensor Size) Ultra-wide-angle in the Rear Camera.
• This device has a MariSillion X NPU chip for image and video processing and it has Hasselblad tuning too.
• The Front Camera can record up to 1080p at 30fps and the Rear Camera can record up to 4K at 30fps.

• It has up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM, which can be expanded up to 8GB via Virtual RAM option, and it has up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 Storage.
• The OPPO Find N2 Flip is packed with a 4300mAh Battery which supports 44W Fast Charging.
• This Flip device comes on ColorOS 13 based on Android 13 out of the box.
• It has X-Axis Linear Motor, Dual Stereo Speakers, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC.
• For security purposes, the device has a side-mounted fingerprint reader and Face ID.
• The Find N2 Flip is 7.45mm Thick when it is unfold, 16.02mm Thick when it is folded, and 191 grams in weight.
• The External Display supports convenient reply, custom GIF wallpaper, interactive pet wallpaper, and lock screen mini game.

Price and Color Options

• The device has an 8GB+256GB variant which costs CNY 5999 approximately INR 71,250; it has 12GB+256GB variant which costs CNY 6399 approximately INR 76,000; and it has 16GB+512GB variant which costs CNY 6999 approximately INR 83,130.
• This Flip device is available in Elegant Black, Curtain Purple, and Flowing Gold Color Options.

Conclusion

In China, both the Find N2 and Find N2 Flip are available at an incredibly low price. Compared to Samsung, these devices have done something different and innovative. I think this is an excellent move by OPPO. Now let’s see if these smartphones will launch in India or globally. But if OPPO plans to launch, the launch will take place in Q1 2023.
