Even though OPPO’s shipments in the third quarter have been outstanding in the past not long ago, the pace of new models this year does not seem to be as brisk as in previous years.
OPPO seems to be starting to change the rhythm of its products. For the first time, it held a new product launch conference for the A series, bringing the OPPO A1 Pro, which is also the first Pro version of the OPPO A series.
When you see OPPO A1 Pro for the first time, maybe you will feel the same as me. You may have a familiar feeling. In fact, this is not the first time that OPPO A series adopts a similar ID design. OPPO A1 Pro has three colors to choose from. “Blue” and “Gold” are relatively young and elegant colors, and the saturation is not high. Display
The 6.7-inch OPPO A1 Pro weighs 171g. Excluding the camera decoration module, the thickness of the body is 7.7mm. Performance
OPPO A1 Pro uses a Snapdragon 695 SoC. This processor may be a bit unfamiliar to many people. In fact, it is a Snapdragon 6 series chip released at the end of last year. The best one is launched is the Honor X30. This year’s Honor X40, OPPO K10x, etc. all use this SoC.
Snapdragon 695 uses TSMC’s 6nm process, the CPU part is two 2.2GHz A78 cores, six 1.7GHz A55 energy efficient cores, the GPU uses Adreno 619, and the image processor ISP Spectra 346 from in terms of parameters.
The performance of the Snapdragon 695 is slightly weaker than that of the Dimensity 900, and slightly stronger than that of the Dimensity 810. It can be regarded as a power-optimized version of the Snapdragon 750G.
Camera
The camera part of OPPO A1 Pro uses a 108MP wide-angle main camera and 2MP portrait auxiliary camera.
The main camera is Samsung HM6 CMOS, which is a 1/1.67-inch image sensor with 108MP. It outputs 12 million-pixel images in the form of 9 in 1, with an equivalent pixel size of 1.92 μm except for OPPO A1 Pro, in fact, the wide-angle main camera of the previous Redmi K50 Extreme Edition and Mi 12T also uses this CMOS.
To be honest, the performance of the OPPO A1 Pro’s 100MP wide-angle main camera still surprised me. In an environment with relatively uniform daytime light, the overall processing seems to be in place, and the output rate is quite high, and the color saturation will be lower. It’s a bit high, and the style is more pleasing, but because of the limitations of AI computing power and tolerance, in an environment with a large contrast between light and dark, a brighter or darker detail will not be dominant.
In low-light environments at night, OPPO will not deliberately increase the overall screen brightness like some current flagship phones. Due to the limited tolerance, OPPO generally chooses to keep the details of the brighter part of the screen as much as possible, so even if Even in the less extreme night environment, it can have better imaging effects than it should have at this price.
Battery
OPPO A1 Pro is only 7.7mm thick and weighs 171g, equipped it with a 4800mAh capacity battery and a 67W fast charge, which the official said can be charged to 80% in half an hour.
