Vivo T2 5G Launched in India: A Mid-Range Smartphone with Impressive Features

Vivo launched its latest mid-range smartphone, the Vivo T2 5G, in India on April 11. The Vivo T2 5G, they have also launched Vivo T2x 5G with the new MediaTek Dimensity 6020 SoC, and the starting price of T2x 5G is INR 11,999 (after the card offer).

Specifications

The phone comes with a 6.38-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a waterdrop notch, a 90Hz refresh rate, a 360Hz touch sampling rate, and a peak brightness of 1300 nits. The display is protected by Schott Xensation glass and has an in-display fingerprint scanner for security.

The Vivo T2 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 695 SoC, which is a 5G-enabled chipset with an octa-core CPU and an Adreno 619 GPU. The phone offers two variants of RAM and storage: 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM + 6GB of virtual RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage, or 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM + 8GB of virtual RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The storage can be expanded up to 1TB via a hybrid micro SD card slot.

The Vivo T2 5G boasts a dual rear camera setup that consists of a 64MP main camera with OIS and a 2MP bokeh camera. Both the Rear and Front Cameras can record up to 1080p videos at 30fps. The phone also supports various modes such as night, portrait, micro movie, panorama, live photo, slo-mo, time-lapse, pro, AR stickers, documents, double exposure, and dual-view video.

The Vivo T2 5G packs a 4500mAh battery that supports 44W fast wired charging. The phone runs on Funtouch OS 13 based on Android 13 out of the box and promises to receive two major Android updates and three years of security updates.

The Vivo T2 5G supports dual SIM dual standby with both SIM cards supporting SA and NSA modes of 5G. The phone also supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone weighs 172 grams and measures 7.8mm in thickness.

• The Vivo T2 5G comes in two color options: Nitro Blaze (Blue) and Velocity Wave (Black).
• The price of the phone starts from INR 18,999 for the base variant and goes up to INR 20,999 for the higher variant.
• The phone also offers a discount of INR 1500 on ICICI and HDFC bank cards.
