The iQOO Z7 5G sports a 6.38-inch FHD+ 90Hz Waterdrop Notch Amoled Display with a 360Hz touch sampling rate and a peak brightness of 1300nits. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC and comes with up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 8GB of virtual RAM. The iQOO Z7 5G has a 16MP front camera and a 64MP (GW3, OIS) main + 2MP macro rear camera. The rear camera can record up to 4K at 30fps. The phone runs on FuntouchOS 13 based on Android 13 out of the box and will get 2 major Android updates and 3 years of security updates.
The iQOO Z7 5G also comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner and face ID for security. The phone has a 4500mAh battery with 44W fast wired charging, which can charge the phone up to 50% in just 25 minutes.
