The Moto Razr 40 will be available in three different colour options: Pink, Green and silver (Marketing names could be different). It will sports a 6.9″ main OLED display with 2640×1080 Pixel resolution, 144Hz of Refresh rate, 413 Pixel density per inches, HDR10+ Support and and 10bit colour with the protection of corning gorilla glass 7. Moving to the Cover display has a 1.47″ OLED panel with 194x368p resolution.

The Moto Razr 40 will powerd by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset. As per the Geekbench listing of the device, it may feature 12 GB of RAM, which in turn suggests that it could be equipped with up to 256 GB of RAM. It will run on My UX-based Android 13. As per the Optics, The cover display will be accompanied by a 64-megapixel main camera with OIS support and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens. On the front, it will have a 32-megapixel selfie camera.

The Razr 40 Ultra will feature the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset and a 3,800mAh battery. The Razr 40 has a comparatively weaker chip and a bigger 4,200mAh battery. The vanilla model will support 30W wired charging and 5W wireless charging. It will be equipped with other features, such as a side-facing fingerprint sensor, dual stereo speakers, dual SIM, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, a USB-C port, and an IP52-rated chassis.
