Motorola G52
Motorola launched the Moto G51 last year featuring the latest Snapdragon 480 plus 5G chip inside. While the company is planning to take over it by launching the next iteration of the phone: the Moto G52. While the Motorola G51 5G was a decent 5G phone, the next iteration doesn’t support the 5G. The company is yet to announce the phone officially, here are its Confirmed specs.
Moto G52 Specs:
This device gets officially listed on many certification sites with the codename ‘ Rhode‘. Starting the article, we would say that Moto G52 doesn’t like the successor to the Moto G51 5G. Meanwhile, it is a 4G only model and looks more sequential to an upgraded model of Moto G41.
Moto G52 Camera & Display
Talking about the display, it gets the 6.55inch Full HD+ POLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. For those who don’t know what’s the POLED panel. It is an OLED panel but uses plastic instead of Glass to increase flexibility & Strength. Meanwhile, it is around 8.45mm with 183G weight. Also, you will get the centre Punch hole for selfies with around a 90% screen body ratio.
Although, you will get the UFS 2.2 storage & LPDDR4X RAM support. Meanwhile, there is a triple rear camera setup behind the device. For selfies, Moto G52 5G sports the 16 selfie cameras. The rear camera module gets the 50MP primary with an 8MP ultrawide & 2MP depth sensor.
Moto G52 Processor
This device comes with the Snapdragon 680 chip. While this chip is based on 6nm but it is very poor for Performance & Graphics considered to Snapdragon 480 plus. Eventually, the 480+ chip with the Cortex A76/A55 cores with Adreno 619 graphics, and the 680 4G chip has the Cortex A73/A53 cores & Adreno 610 graphics. The only advantage here you get is its battery efficient 6nm architecture.
Battery, UI & Others
The device sports the 5000Mah battery out of the box. It is alleged with a 20W turbocharger unit too. Meanwhile, you will get the Android 12 with a Stock UI experience, which Motorola has set the name MyOS 3.0.
The other features included in the device are its side fingerprint scanner, single Dolby powered speaker, 3.5mm jack & dedicated card slot. Meanwhile, it gets the WiFi 5, Bluetooth V5, GPS & more features. Moto G52 also gets the dedicated think shield security chip & Side-mounted fingerprint and an IP 52 dustproof rating.
Moto G52 Release date in India
Motorola G52 will be available in three colours: Black, White & Indigo. Similarly, it will get the two variants too
- 4GB/128GB at ₹14,999
- 6GB/128GB at ₹16,999
Although, the company hasn’t revealed the launch event for now. You can expect around one or two weeks to get the phone officially launched.
