Realme is ready to launch its New Realme Q5 Series in China. This series is currently launching with Realme Q5 Pro & Realme Q5i. More phones are missing which could be launched later. With this Realme Q5 Series, the company will also launch the Realme V23. All the phones launching will offers 5G connectivity too.

The top-notch Q5 Pro model may carry the 80W fast charging and Snapdragon 870 5G chipset, teased by the company in a poster. Meanwhile, there could also be a VAN edition of Q5 Pro which the company has collaborated with VANS to do so. The Q5i and Realme V23 5G models will feature the Mediatek Dimensity 810 5G chip & IPS display.

Key Specs

The top variant, Realme Q5 Pro will be alleged with the 6.62inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. It gets the Snapdragon 870 5G chipset altogether with UFS 3.1 storage & LPDDR5 RAM support. Eventually, the leaked Geekbench scores for Realme RMX3372 (Q5 Pro) were showcased with the Android 12 with 8GB Ram.

The camera is the 64MP Sony sensor paired with an 8MP Ultra wide & 2MP macro sensor. Meanwhile, we won’t get any front camera info. The company officially confirmed that this phone will get the 80W Super DART charging with a 5000Mah battery. The device weighs around 194G with 8.65mm thickness.

Talking about the Realme Q5i, it has a 6.58inch IPS panel with a Full HD+ display. Moreover, you will get a 5000Mah battery but there’s not any mention of fast charging. You will get the Dimensity 810 5G chipset here. It is an old 6nm efficient chipset that offers performance similar to Snapdragon 480+.

The RAM will be up to 8GB LPDDR4X & UFS 2.2 storage up to 128GB available on the phone. The Real camera housing contains the 13MP rear sensor with a 2MP depth sensor. The front camera is an 8MP sensor inside the V-shaped notch. It weighs around 190G and has an 8.1mm thickness.

Although, the device looks very similar to Oppo A57 5G launched in China. Moreover, you will get all the devices booting up the latest Android 12 Out of the box with their own Realme UI 3.0.

Talking about the Realme V23, it seems to be an upgraded model of Realme Q5i. With all the similarities, the V23 has a 48MP sensor on the Rear side. All models will get NFC, Bluetooth V5 & GPS. While the Q5 Pro will additionally get the Stereo speakers & WiFi 6 support.

Realme V23 & Q5 Series: Price & launch Date in India

This Realme Q5 Seris & Realme V23 will officially debut on 20 April at 2 PM local timings. Meanwhile, the price is still unknown for now. It will be revealed at the launch event itself. Moreover, the Realme Q5i will be the budget device and can be launched at ¥1399 price followed by Realme V25 at ¥1549 and the Q5 Pro could get the ¥1999 price. The Realme Q5 Pro looks like an upgraded version of Realme GT Neo 2 and will target to compete with Redmi K40S in its segment.
