Vivo launched a new line of premium flagship smartphone, the Vivo X80 series in China on 25 April. The smartphone series is soon expected to launch in India in the month of May.
So, lets look into the various specifications and expected price of Vivo X80 and Vivo X80 Pro.
Design and Dimensions
Vivo X80 comes in Black, Blue, Orange color variants. The phone has a thickness of 8.3 mm or 8.8 mm and the weight of the smartphone is 203 g / 206 g. Dimensions of the device: 165 x 75.2 x 8.3 mm or 8.8 mm.
Vivo X80 Pro comes in Black, Blue, Orange color variants. The phone has a thickness of 9.1 mm and the weight of the smartphone is 215 g / 219 g. Dimensions of the device: 164.6 x 75.3 x 9.1 mm.
The devices feature glass back or ceramic back or eco leather back depending on variant.

Both smartphones comes with Mediatek Dimensity 9000 (4 nm) SoC which has an octa-core CPU with a clock rate of up to 3050 MHz and Mali-G710 GPU with frequency of 850 MHz. The devices also come with a 4300mm² VC Liquid-Cooled Soaking Plate for cooling.
Vivo X80 Pro can come with Qualcomm SM8450 Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 (4 nm) SoC which has an octa-core CPU with a clock rate of up to 3000 MHz and Adreno 730 GPU depending on region.

X80 features a triple camera setup which consists: 50MP (Sony IMX866) Main camera+ 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens + 12MP (Sony IMX663) 2x Telephoto/Portrait camera with 32MP (Sony IMX616) Front Camera.
X80 Pro features a four camera setup which consists: 50MP (Samsung GN1, OIS/Gimbal) Main camera + 48MP (Sony IMX598) ultra-wide-angle lens + 12MP (Sony IMX663) 2x Telephoto/Portrait camera + 8MP (Hi847) 5x OIS Periscope Camera with 32MP (Sony IMX616) Front Camera. X80 features an In-Display Fingerprint Scanner and Face ID for Security, and X80 Pro features an Ultrasonic Fingerprint Scanner and Face ID for Security.
