Apple fans may require some more budget from now to buy their favourite pair of headphones in India. Apple recently updated the price of Airpods category products on its official website Apple.com. this is due to the rise in Custom duty which was purposed in Union Budget 2022. Although, the price hike has been introduced by the company is almost 10% for now.

Due to the Union Budget 2022, there is an increase of basic Custom duty charges to 22%, which was only 10% earlier. Meanwhile, the company only have increased the prices of their headphones category which is one of the products listed in Union Budget 2022.

Apple Airpods: New Prices

Although, the company sells four products in this listing i.e. Apple Airpods 2nd Gen followed by 3rd gen, Pro & Max Models. Meanwhile, the ultimate version Airpods Mah gains the highest price hike up to ₹6,200. Earlier, these headphones were sold at ₹59,900 which gets the hiked price of ₹66,100 for now.

Eventually, the other products like Apple Airpods 3rd gen a Price hike of almost 5%. Earlier it has the price of ₹18,500 which is now toasted to Rs. 20,500. So, the newly launched Airpods Pro has also been a price increase of 1400 rupees. We get that the Airpods Pro has a price tag of Rs 24,900 which got increased to ₹26,300.

Apple may soon launch the successor to the Airpods Max: Gen2. Which may also get a price hike due to an increase in customs duty. Although you can also see our article on the iPhone 14 Series which may introduce the pill-shaped notch, deforming all the big notch, we have seen from iPhone 10 series.
