iQoo 7 is coming with snapdragon 888, 120Hz display and 120watt fast charger under ₹40,000.
In a mysterious tweet, iqoo India just tweeted the launch of iqoo 7 that will come with flagship features such as Snapdragon 888 & 120-watt fast charge. As the launch date is expected to be around the 2nd week of APRIL, Let’s discuss how this new iqoo device is going to disrupt the Indian flagship smartphone market.

Form Factor & Build:
iQoo 7 looks very slim from the outside measuring only 8.7mm in width and it’s very light too that translates to 210 grams. The build material of the phone is glass. As a result, it gives iqoo 7 a very premium feel. The phone has 3 attractive color variants – Gray, Blue, White.
Display:
iqoo 7 comes with a 6.62″ FULL HD+ SAMOLED FLAT display with a 120hz refresh rate. The display supports HDR10+ content. It has a 91.4% screen-to-body ratio and a pixel density of 394 PPI. The display is good enough to enjoy media and to play high-end games. It has a 120hz display rate and a 300hz touch sampling rate which will provide enough fluidity in games. The display has a peak brightness of 1300 nits.
Processor & Performance:
The main selling point of iqoo 7 is what’s under the hood. It is one of the early smartphones that come with a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor. Its antutu score is 7,27,935 as a result it is still among the highest scorers. The phone has 2 storage variants 8Gb RAM & 128 GB Storage and 12 GB RAM & 256 GB Storage. The RAM quality is LPDDR5 and the storage quality is UFS 3.1. But sadly, you won’t get any expandable storage here.
Camera:
The phone comes with a triple camera setup. It has a 48MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 13MP portrait sensor with f/2.5 aperture, and another 13MP ultrawide sensor with f/2.2 aperture. The rear camera has a dual-tone LED flash to click the better pictures in low-light conditions. The front camera comes with a 13MP selfie camera.
Battery:
iqoo 7 comes with a modest 4000 mAh battery but the main selling point of the phone is perhaps the 120WATT In-box fast charger with USB TYPC C. The charger can charge the phone completely in 15 mins. Can you imagine it? 4000 mah battery under 15 min.
Ports & Sensors:
it has all the necessary sensors and the fingerprint sensor is UNDER-DISPLAY OPTICAL SCANNER. The phone has support for NFC, GPS, BLUETOOTH 5.2, WIFI 6, etc.
Price:
The phone was launched at RMB 3798 CNY in China for the 8/128 GB variant and RMB 4198 CNY for the 12/256 GB variant. So, the Indian price should be around ₹40,000. The expected launch date is APRIL 2nd week.
