iQOO 9 series to soon launch in India: Know key differences

iQOO is soon going to launch its iQOO 9 series. The smartphones in this series are essentially rebrand of various other iQOO phones previously launched in China.

So, lets discuss the various specifications and differences between the phones in this smartphone series.

iQOO 9

iQOO 9 is the rebrand of iQOO 8 Pro which launched in China. The device will feature a 6.78″ 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution, LTPO AMOLED display with 120 Hz refresh rate. It has a 1500 nits display peak brightness.

The phone features Qualcomm SM8350 Snapdragon 888+ 5G (5 nm) SoC with a clockrate of 1800 – 3000 MHz and Adreno 660 GPU. It comes with 50 MP (main)+ 48 MP (ultrawide)+ 12 MP (telephoto) back camera setup with 16 MP front camera.

The device comes with a massive 4500 mAh battery. Secondly, it has 120W fast charging, 100% in 18 min (advertised) with 50W Fast wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging. So, its charging options and battery are both decent. It also has under display ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.

iQOO 9 Pro

iQOO 9 Pro is the rebrand of iQOO 9 which launched in China. The device will feature a 6.78″ 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, AMOLED display with 120 Hz refresh rate. It has a 1500 nits display peak brightness.

The phone features Qualcomm SM8450 Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 (4 nm) SoC with a clockrate of 1800 – 3000 MHz and Adreno 730 GPU. It comes with 50 MP (main)+ 13 MP (ultrawide)+ 12 MP (telephoto) back camera setup with 16 MP front camera.

The device comes with a massive 4700 mAh battery. Secondly, it has 120W fast charging, 100% in 19 min (advertised) and 10W reverse wireless charging. So, its charging options and battery are both decent. It also has under display optical fingerprint scanner.

iQOO 9 SE

iQOO 9 SE is the rebrand of iQOO Neo 5S which launched in China. The device will feature a 6.62″ 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, AMOLED display with 120 Hz refresh rate. It has a 1300 nits display peak brightness.

The phone features Qualcomm SM8350 Snapdragon 888 5G (5 nm) SoC with a clockrate of 1.8 – 2.84 GHz and Adreno 660 GPU. It comes with 48 MP (main)+ 13 MP (ultrawide)+ 2 MP (macro) back camera setup with 16 MP front camera.

The device comes with a massive 4500 mAh battery. Secondly, it has 66W fast charging, 70% in 18 min (advertised). So, its charging options and battery are both decent. It also has under display optical fingerprint scanner.

The iQOO 9 series is expected to launch in February, 2022 in the Indian market.
