Motorola India just teased their most anticipated smartphone of the year. This is probably the cheapest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 smartphone to launch to date. And this device is Motorola Edge X30, though it may come with a different name in India. Here, He will See what this flagship device from Motorola has in store for us.

Display & Processor
Motorola Edge X30 comes with a 6.7-inch FHD+ 144Hz 10-bit AMOLED display with 2400×1080 Pixel Resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio. It supports a 576Hz touch sampling rate which will make it extremely great for usage. The display is covered by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
To run anything smoothly, the device has Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 in it. This is now literally the most powerful CPU in android smartphones. But there is no information on whether this device has an inbuilt cooling system or not.
RAM & Storage
Motorola Edge X30 will come in 3 variants i.e. 8+128 GB, 8+256 GB & 12+256 GB. The RAM quality is LPDDR5 and the internal storage / ROM quality is UFS 3.1. However, there is no SD CARD SLOT to expand the storage. Also, it is expected to have virtual ram options.
Camera & Battery
Motorola Edge X30 will come with a 60MP Front Camera and 50MP Main + 50MP ultra-wide-angle + 2 MP Depth Rear Camera. The rear camera supports OIS & EIS both.
In terms of battery, it has a 5000 mAh battery with 68W fast charging which will charge the phone in under 35 minutes.
Security & Software
Motorola Edge X30 will have a Side Mounted Fingerprint Scanner and a Face ID for Security. The device will come with MYUI 3.0 which is based on Android 12 out of the box.
Connectivity
For Connectivity it will have include 5G, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS, and a Type-C port for Charging and Data Transfer. The Smartphone will have many 5G Bands
Expected Price & Launch Date
The price of the Motorola Edge X30 for the 8GB+128GB variant will cost around Rs. 40,000 and the device is teased on launch on 24th February in India
