The company OnePlus has recently launched OnePlus 10 Series in China. Simultaneously, The OnePlus 10 Pro is the latest flagship phone currently from the OnePlus. so, we are comparing it with the IQoo 9 Pro launched in China this month too.

OnePlus 10 Pro & iQoo 9 Pro: Display
There’s a QHD+ E5 LPTO2.0 AMOLED with a 120Hz refresh rate presented on both devices. additionally, you will get HDR10+ certified on both devices with 6.78inch on IQoo 9 Pro & 6.7inch on OnePlus 10 Pro.
Moreover, the iQoo 9 Pro features a brighter display (1500nits) than of OnePlus 10 Pro 1300nits. Along with Dolby Vision, you will get a 360Hz touch sample rate, 92% screen body ratio on IQoo 9Pro. however, the OnePlus 10 Pro lacks Dolby Vision while it gets a 1000Hz touch sample with a 92.7% screen body ratio.
So we have taken OnePlus 10 Pro as the winner here. Also, It includes 1Hz AOD on the display.
Color & Build
OnePlus comprises one of the best-looking phones on the earth. This time also, the OnePlus 10Pro sported a two-sided curved bezel-less display. there’s a rectangular cutout for the camera on the back while there is a side punch-hole for the Selfie camera. You will get the device with 8.6mm thickness & 200.5g weight.
So on, the IQoo has given out a glass back with a big rectangular cutout for the Camera at the back. At the moment, you get a centre punch-hole on the front with curved edges at two sides. Moreover, iQoo is around 204g heavy with 8.8mm thickness.
In this competition, the OnePlus 10 Pro won with a slight margin. we get Volcanic Black & Emerald Forest colour option for the OnePlus. on the other hand, iQoo also offers two colour options: White(BMW M Branding) & Orange.
Battery & Charging and UI
While there’s a 5000Mah battery with 80W charging support on the OnePlus. iQoo offers a 120W flash charge with a 4700Mah battery. Also, both device includes 50W wireless charging & 10W reverse wireless charging support
So, we have taken out iQoo 9 Pro as the winner for this section. Eventually, both devices have their Custom UI based on Android 12 under the hood.
Camera & Audio
For the camera, there’s a triple rear camera on both devices. The OnePlus 10 Pro offers a 48MP IMX789 flagship sensor with omnidirectional PDAF, Laser AF & OIS. The other sensor present on the device is 8MP telephoto (3.3x optical) & 50MP ultra-wide (150° view).
On the other hand, iQoo has a Samsung GN5 50MP sensor with gimbal OIS & PDAF. It also features a 50 MP Ultra-wide with a 150° view with a 16MP telephoto (2.5x optical). So on, there’s a 16MP selfie included on the front while the OnePlus offers a 32MP selfie.
Here, we consider OnePlus 10 Pro as the winner for the camera section. While on audio, iQoo 9 Pro offers dual speakers with 32bit/384KHz output compared with stereo speakers present on the OnePlus 10Pro with 24bit/192KHz output.
Processor, RAM & Storage
Both devices come with the latest backseat Snapdragon Gen 1 processor paired with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. With this, both devices have a VC heat dissipation system. while iQoo 9pro has around 3926mm•sq, the OnePlus 10 Pro has a smaller 3162mmsq VC Soaking Plate.
So, we consider the IQoo 9 Pro to be more thermally efficient than the OnePlus. Additionally, iQoo has overclocked edition of UFS3.1 storage.
Other Features
Both devices have the latest Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth v5.2, NFC, In-display fingerprint scanner. While there’s a dual X linear motor on IQoo 9 Pro, OnePlus uses a custom X linear motor with 47% more vibration. Both devices lack the support for Micro SD or 3.5mm jack.
OnePlus 10 Pro & iQoo 9 Pro: Variants & Pricing
Both device offers same price for one variant: ¥4,999(₹59,100) for 8GB/256Gb. Other variant included 8GB/128GB at ¥4,699(₹55,800) & 12/256GB for ¥5,299(₹61,900). iQoo 9 Pro 12/256 variant is priced at ¥5,399(₹63,200) & there’s also a legendary edition 12/512GB at ¥5,999 (₹ 70,500)
OnePlus 10 Pro & iQoo 9 Pro:Conclusion
Since both devices are priced the same for the 8/256GB variant. So it’s a big question which one should we buy?
Both devices include a little difference either in terms of battery & Camera or the display. However, the OnePlus offers a better camera, design & touch rate, you should go with this.
