OnePlus upcoming plans
Earlier, OnePlus used to launch its smartphone only in the Premium segment. But from a year or two, the company feel the consequences of smartphones in India and launched its flagship series alleged with the upper mid-range phones too. While in this year, the company broke its barrier to launching the OnePlus phones even under the ₹20K price segment. Sounds Amazing, Isn’t it? Let’s have a look at OnePlus phones i.e. Oneplus 10 Series & Nord Series in Every segment in India.
OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite
Going the most below down of the OnePlus phones. The company targeted its Nord CE2 lite for the Mid-range category down towards the pricing of ₹20K. This phone will be 5G ready using Snapdragon 6nm based SD695 processor. This chipset is very powerful and uses UFS2.2 storage & LPDDR4X RAM.
Eventually, you will get a 6.59inch Fluid AMOLED panel with 60Hz & Full HD+ Resolution. At the same time, you will get triple camera housing similar to Nord 2. Its housing has a 64MP primary sensor & 2MP+2MP depth/macro sensor. On the front, you will get a 16MP sensor kept inside the Side punch-hole. You will get an Underdisplay fingerprint scanner, a 5000MAh battery with a 33W warp charge.
While This phone is yet to announce in India. We are expecting the price segment of 20K for its base variant 6GB 128GB model. Moreover, you will get 8GB/128GB & 8GB/256GB model too because there isn’t any port for Micro-SD.
OnePlus Nord CE 2
As we discussed the lighter version of the Nord CE2 above. This device has launched already in India two weeks earlier. You can also say the device is the elder brother of its lite model. There’s a 6.43inch Full HD+ Dynamic Amoled panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. This punch hole panel has the support for HDR10+ contents and features Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The phone is very slim with 7.8mm thickness & 173G weight.
The OnePlus Nord CE 2 uses the Mediatek 900 5G chipset at 6nm architecture. This chipset can be compared to SD 768G for ease and used UFS 2.2 storage & LPDDR4X RAM. You will get a 4500Mah battery with 65W VOOC charging. Moreover, there’s support for Wifi 6, NFC & an Optical In-display sensor. Although, this device also used a triple cam setup with 64MP primary & 8MP Ultra-Wide & 2MP macro. On the front, there’s a 16MP IMX 471 image sensor for better selfie & video calls.
OnePlus Nord CE 2 has Bahama Blue & Mirror Grey colour option. Furthermore, this device has Currently priced at ₹23,999 for its base 6GB/128GB model. 8GB model has priced for 25K & you can also avail additional 4K discount on exchanging your old phone. So, the effective price becomes 20K.
OnePlus Nord 2T
Yet this is another RR another phone to be launched in the Nord series. The OnePlus Nord 2T claims to launch with a price segment of 30-35K. The rumours this device have equipped a Dimensity 1300 5G chipset and will launch in April.
Although, there’s a leak that the device will support the 80W Super VOOC charging with 80W Super VOOC. The rumours also that OnePlus Nord 2Twill run Android 12-based OxygenOS 12, and sport a 6.43-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate
So on, we have no more info about the device. We are waiting for the device to be launched soon
OnePlus 10 Series
Here comes the flagship series from The OnePlus. OnePlus 10 series will constitute of 4 models with the starting variant OnePlus 10R than OnePlus 10 and upper models 10 Pro & 10 Ultra. Besides all of them, only the 10 Pro model goes live in China and coming this month to India. While the other three variants are nowhere to be announced.
According to the official specifications of 10 Pro, it has a 6.7inch LPTO2.0 dynamic AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. You will get HDR10+, Dolby Vision & Quad HD+ pixels on this panel. Protected by Gorilla Glass Victus, there’s a 32MP punch-hole selfie & optical fingerprint scanner on this display. On the back, you will have Hasselblad Branding with a 48MP primary camera. Other sensors include 50MP 150° Fish-Eye wide-angle & 8MP 3.3x Telephoto sensor.
This series will go live with the Flagship Snapdragon Gen 1 chipset with 4nm architecture & UFS3.1 storage with LPDDR5 RAM. Eventually, you won’t get any 3.5mm jack & Card slot on any of the phones. Since we already have a detailed post on the OnePlus 10 Pro.
Expected Specs
There are leaks for the OnePlus 10 Ultra to Features similar features but will come with 150W SuperVooc charging & SD Gen1 plus chipset and a slight change in camera i.e 10x Optical periscope sensor. Eventually, the OnePlus 10R will feature similar specs but won’t come with Hasselblad Branding or LPTO panel & with a 16MP selfie camera. While the specifications of the OnePlus 10R are still he mystery and will launch after 6months of launching the other models.
The OnePlus 10 Pro will go live with a pricing of 55K for the base 8GB variant. While the 10 Ultra & 10R will launch in the second halves of 2022 with an expected price of 70K for the Ultra model & 45k for the 10R. While the OnePlus 10 can go live between 40K-45K Models in April/May month.
