It seems like Poco is coming up with a new C-Series Smartphone. Poco C4 is anticipated to be an entry level smartphone series similar to its previous rendition. There is no official announcement regarding this smartphone. However, various certifications have revealed some of its specifications and it appears to be a rebrand of Redmi 10A.
So, lets discuss the details we got about this smartphone.
Poco C4: Design and Dimensions
The phone will have a thickness of 9.1 mm and the weight of the smartphone is 195 grams. So, the device is slightly thick as expected from entry level smartphones. The details about this phone’s color variants are not currently available.
Display
Poco will come with 6.53-inch, HD+ IPS LCD 1600 x 720 resolution Display and 60 Hz refresh rate. This is pretty standard for the segment. It has 20:9 aspect ratio with 269 ppi.
SoC
Poco C4 will come with MediaTek Helio G25 (12 nm) SoC which has an octa-core CPU with a clock rate of up to 2000 MHz and PowerVR GE8320 GPU with frequency upto 650 MHz. This is pretty common SoC for entry level smartphone.
Camera
The phone will feature a Single 13MP Rear Camera with LED flash and a 5MP Front Camera. This looks very uninteresting.
Storage
Poco C4 will come in 4/6GB RAM and 64/128GB ROM variants. It will feature LPDDR4X RAM with eMMC 5.1 storage. It also has 2+1 card slot.
Audio
It will come with Single Speaker with 3.5 mm jack.
Battery and Charging
It will feature a 5000 mAh battery capacity with standard 10W charging with microUSB.
Other Features
Poco C4 with Android 11 and MIUI 13 out of the box. The phone will also feature a Rear Mounted Fingerprint Scanner for security and Bluetooth 5.0.
Poco C4: Price and Launch
Poco C4 is expected to be an entry level smartphone, so we can expected its price to be under Rs. 10,000. The details regarding this smartphone’s launch date are still not available.
