Poco can soon launch another gaming device in India. It will be the Poco F4 GT, the next successor of the F3 GT launched earlier. Although, the device has already been launched in China under the name Redmi K50 Gaming Edition.

Poco F4 GT 5G: Key Specs

The Poco F4 GT will look very premium thanks to its Glass back & Camera housing with RGB lighting. Moreover, the design looks similar to a gaming phone with Gorilla Glass VICTUS protection on both sides. It weighs 210 Grams with a thickness of around 8.5mm.

The front panel comes with a 6.67-inch OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone supports the 480Hz touch sample rate, HDR 10+ content with a 91% screen body ratio. There’s a centre tiny punch hole for the camera.

Processor

The Poco F4 GT 5G gets the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. It is the ultimate flagship chip based on 4nm architecture with Cortex X2 cores at 3Ghz. Moreover, the company additionally provides the most advanced 3 layered VC cooling system on the F4 GT which makes it the full power of this chipset with LPDDR5 RAM & UFS 3.1 storage support too.

Battery & Camera

Significantly, the phone packs the 4700Mah battery with the Xiaomi 120W Hypercharge technology. The charger is capable of fully charging the battery in just 17mins claimed by the company.

Moreover, you will get the 64 MP primary Sony IMX686 sensor on the back with 8MP Ultra wide & 2MP macro sensor. Eventually, it has the 20MP IMX 615 selfie sensor too.

Poco F4 GT 5G will boot the Android 12 out of the box. Meanwhile, you will get the Company’s out MIUI 13 layer on the top. For security, you will get the side-mounted fingerprint scanner with the Face unlock feature with this phone. Meanwhile, there is NFC, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth V5.2, tri-band GPS and more sensor support.

The hardware ports include the Quad Stereo Speakers especially tuned by JBL, Special Gaming triggers, dual mics, Infra Red sensor & More. but you won’t get any Card slot & 3.5mm jack on this device.

Poco F4 GT 5G: price & Launch date in India

Although, the phone was launched in China with a price of around ¥3299 (₹39,506)for the base 8GB/128GB variant while the uppe12GB/128GB was priced at ¥3599 (₹43,099) and 12GB/256GB at ¥3899 (₹46,691). Moreover, F4 GT gets the Black, Gray, Blue, and AMG colour options.

Of course, the global model will get a price hike up to 6000 to 8000 rupees. While the Indian price could start from 45K rupees.
