POCO M5 Series is a next-gen starting series, this series contains some upgrades and downgrades as compared to its predecessor. This series contains a Rebranded smartphone from Redmi and some Specs changed smartphones in their previous Smartphone. This series has some good things which might be available in this price range. POCO Launching these smartphones in India and Globally on 5th September’22 at 05:30 PM IST.

The smartphone features a 6.58-inch FHD+ 90Hz IPS LCD Display with 2400×1080 Pixel Resolution, 20:9 Screen to Body Ratio, 240Hz Touch Sampling Rate, and Gorilla Glass Protection. It is powered by MediaTek’s Helio G99 SoC with Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. The device has an 8MP or 16MP Front Camera and 50MP (f/1.8) Main + Ultra-wide-angle or depth + 2MP (f/2.4) Marco Rear Camera. Both Cameras can record up to 1080p at 30 fps.
It features up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 Storage, it might be expanded up to 1TB via Micro-SD Card Slot. It comes on MIUI 13 which is based on Android 12 out of the box. The Smartphone packs a 5000mAh battery which supports 18W Charging. The device has a Side Mounted Fingerprint Scanner and Face ID for Security. The device has a Triple Card Slot, Bluetooth v5.2, Wi-Fi, 3.5mm headphone jack, and FM radio. The POCO M5 is 9.09mm in Thickness and 192 grams in weight.

- The smartphone will launch in 2 different variants in India, in which the base 4GB+64GB variant will cost Rs. 12,999 and the 6GB+128GB variant will cost Rs. 14,999.
- The Smartphone will also launch in Global Market their it will cost between Euro 229 to 269 which is approx. Rs. 18,200 to 21,400.
- In India this will be available in 2 Color Options, the Colors are Blue and Yellow.
- In Global Market this will be available in 3 Color Options, the Colors are Black, Blue and Yellow.

The smartphone features a 6.43-inch FHD+ 60Hz Amoled Display with 2400×1080 Pixel Resolution, 1100-nits Peak Brightness, DCI-P3 Color Gamut, 240Hz Touch Sampling Rate, and Gorilla Glass 3 Protection. It is powered by MediaTek’s Helio G95 SoC with ARM Mali-G76 MC4 GPU. The device has a 13MP Front Camera and a 64MP Main + 8MP Ultra-wide-angle + 2MP depth + 2MP Marco Rear Camera. The Front Camera can record up to 1080p at 30 fps and the Rear Camera can record up to 4k at 30fps. It features 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM, and 64GB of UFS 2.2 Storage, it can be expanded up to 1TB via Micro-SD Card Slot.

- The smartphone will launch in Single 6GB+64GB variant which will cost Euro 249 which is approx. Rs. 19,800.
- In Global Market this will be available in 3 Color Options, the Colors are Black, Blue and White.
