Realme C55

After making its debut lately in other countries, Realme C55 is been officially released in India. The Dynamic Island, which resembles the iPhone 14 Pro and is referred to by the brand as the “Mini Capsule,” is the device’s key selling point and is by far the most expensive C-series phone from the company. This is helpful for quickly accessing data consumption, pricing statistics, and steps taken. These features are presently in test mode and require activation through the Realme app. The functionality will cleverly wrap around the punch-hole camera cutout and adapt to the display. 

The phone has the same 64MP primary camera sensor as the Realme GT Master Edition. 

Realme C55 specifications

The Realme C55 features a sizable 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W rapid charging. With the C-series lineup, the phone’s 64MP primary camera is a first, and it is combined with a 2MP depth lens. For selfies and video calls, the front has an 8MP camera. 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C connection for charging are among the connectivity capabilities. 

The Realme C55 comes with flat bezels, a huge 6.72-inch FHD+ IPS LCD screen, a punch-hole cutout in the centre for the selfie camera, and a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone sports a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security and comes with Realme UI, an Android 13-based custom skin.

The MediaTek Helio G88 SoC and Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU power the Realme phone. The phone features 128GB or 256GB of expandable storage and 6GB or 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM. For security, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor is present. The phone weighs 189.5 kilos and has dimensions of 165.65 x 75.98 x 7.89mm.

Realme C55 price and variants 

The Realme C55 costs Rs 10,999 in India for the 4GB + 64GB variant, Rs 11,999 for the 6GB + 64GB model, and Rs 13,999 for the 8GB/128GB model. The selling will begin on March 28 at 12 PM and the phone is available in Gold and Black. On the Realme website, Flipkart, and physical shops, the Realme C55 will be for sale. During the pre-order period, which runs from March 21 to March 27, the business is providing up to a Rs 1,000 discount through HDFC and ICICI Bank cards and up to a Rs 1,000 exchange bonus.
