Xiaomi has just launched its latest smartphone, the Redmi Note 12 Turbo in China. This smartphone is the latest addition to the Redmi Note 12 series and comes with several upgraded features and specifications that make it an amazing device for users.

The Redmi Note 12 Turbo boasts a 6.67-inch FHD+ 120Hz 12bit Flat OLED Display with a 240Hz touch sampling rate. The screen also supports 68.7 billion colors and a 100% DCI P3 wide color gamut with HDR 10+. The device features a 1920Hz PWM dimming, a 2.22mm chin, and a 1.95mm side bezel that gives it a 93.4% screen-to-body ratio. The SGS hardware level low blue light feature makes it safe for extended use, and the 1000 nits peak brightness ensures that the screen is visible in bright sunlight.
Under the hood, the Redmi Note 12 Turbo is powered by Qualcomm’s 4nm Snapdragon 7+ Gen2 SoC with Adreno 725 GPU, making it a powerful device for multitasking and gaming, and for cooling, it has a 3725mm² super-diffusion conduction VC vapor chamber. The device comes in three different RAM variants – 8GB, 12GB, and 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM with storage options of 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB of UFS 3.1 storage.\
The smartphone has a triple rear camera setup with a 64MP (OV64B, OIS) main camera, an 8MP (IMX355) ultra-wide-angle camera with a 120° field of view, and a 2MP macro camera. The rear camera can record up to 4K at 30fps. The device also features a 16MP front-facing camera that can record up to 1080p at 60fps. The camera quality of the device is impressive, and users can expect to capture stunning pictures and videos.
The smartphone runs on MIUI 14 based on Android 13 out of the box. Redmi promises 48 months of smoothness and no lag, with a 0.005% software ultra-low failure rate. The device comes with a 5000mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging, making it possible for users to charge their device quickly.
The Redmi Note 12 Turbo also features dual stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res AUDIO, Hi-Res AUDIO WIRELESS, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and face ID for security. Other features include a multi-functional NFC, Bluetooth 5.3, Wi-Fi 6, a 3.5mm headphone jack, an infrared remote control, and an X-Axis linear motor. The device is 7.9mm thick and weighs 181 grams.
