Samsung Galaxy A23 5G has been announced via brand’s mobile press website. Officially Samsung has yet to confirm the device’s availability in various regions including India. As we know, In February Samsung launched its Galaxy A23 4G & now the 5G variant will launch soon. However, the specifications are leaked & here is everything you need to know.
It was also spotted on Geekbench and other certifications sites recently. Let’s take a look at the specifications of the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G ↓
Design & Display:
The Samsung Galaxy A23 5G comes with a waterdrop notch design (center-aligned selfie camera) with slim bezels from the left or right sides and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner within the Power button & Volume control buttons are also available. There are three speakers were available as Earpieces for calls & another two as Stereo at the bottom. On the rear side, it has a quad camera setup with a bright LED flashlight in the camera module.
The Device display has a 6.6” inches Full-HD+ (1080×2408 pixels) IPS LCD screen with an aspect ratio of 20:9. The weight of the device is around 197 grams & the thickness of 8.4mm. There are no details about the device refresh rate and protection for the display.
Camera:
Samsung Galaxy A23 5G’s rear camera setup has a 50MP (f/1.8, OIS) primary camera, a 5MP (f/2.2) ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP (f/2.4) macro & another 2MP as a depth sensor. On the front, the device has an 8MP (f/2.2) camera for face unlock, selfies, and video calls.

Samsung Galaxy A23 5G Is powered by a Snapdragon 695 5G processor & equipped with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of ROM (internal storage).
In terms of Software, it comes with OneUI 4.1 based on top of the Android 12 operating system. As we know, Samsung’s OneUI is very popular among the others. Connectivity options include dual-SIMs, Wi-Fi version 5, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, and a Type-C port at the bottom. The device packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging.
Availability:
The device will available in fantastic Four color options such as Orange, Light Blue, Black & White. The variants will be available in 4GB/6GB/8GB RAM coupled with 64GB/128GB Storage. Samsung is expected to reveal the pricing and availability details of the Samsung Galaxy A23 5G soon. The device may start at around ₹20,000 in India because the Galaxy A23 4G comes under the 18k segment.
