Qualcomm has recently announced their 2 new chipsets 4 Gen 1 and 6 Gen 1 for the mid-range & budget 5G phones. These are the latest from the company and have many good features. Today we are comparing the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 with the Mediatek Dimensity 810 available in similar ranges.
The Dimensity 810 chipset, is Mediatek’s earlier 800 series chipset widely used in many upper mid-range phones.

The 6 Gen 1 chipset is the latest mid-range chipset that is not available to any smartphone. while the Dimensity 810 chipset has been used in many devices.

the latest 6-gen 1 chipset seems to use 4x cortex A78 performance cores giving higher multi-core performance and also uses a 4nm process node. Mediatek else provides a higher frequency CPU.

Qualcomm has used a better ISP on its latest 6Gen1 chipset giving a huge boost to 200MP camera support. Dimensity 810 is limited to 64MP only.
