Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 vs Dimensity 9000
Snapdragon recently announced the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Chipset in China. It is a slightly Overclocked version of the 8 Gen 1 launched last year. Moreover, the 8+ Gen 1 chipset is built using the TSMC 4nm architecture and 3.2GHz Cores. So, let’s find out how’s it this powerful as the Dimensity 9000 launched last year.

Since Both processors have many similarities in storage, RAM & Cores, the only difference is the Mediatek 9000 provides LPDDR5X RAM support.

Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 is the latest release from Qualcomm. Thus it provides better benchmark scores even the Mediatek is also a very good chipset and has better multicore scores. More info will be revealed once it is available to a commercial phone which could be the Xiaomi 12 Ultra.
