ZTE Axon 40 Series
ZTE, a Chinese smartphone manufacturer which is most famous worldwide for its most premium ZTE Nubia Redmagic series whois brand is finally launching its new device in its Axon Series. We have got many leaks & rumours of ZTE Axon 40 Pro & 40 Ultra ahead of its launch.
The Ultra variant captures the market with its Under display camera which was earlier debuted with Xiaomi Mix 4 device. Meanwhile, this flagship series has been listed on TENAA which reveals its many key Specs.
Key Specs
The ZTE Axon 40 Ultra will use an OLED panel having a 6.8inch length with a 120Hz refresh rate. This display can produce up to 1.07Billionscolourss using its 10-bit panel. it will be a curved display from edges and have 8.41mm thickness & 204G weight. Meanwhile, you will get the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip for performance with its 4nm architecture.
The chipset will be further coupled with the UFS 3.1 storage & LPDDR5 RAM. The Axon 40 Ultra becomes the world’s first device to use the triple 64MP setup consisting of the Primary+ Ultrawide & a telephoto lens. On the front, it will have a 16MP Under display camera sensor. The phone will also provide great haptics using the Linear motor and has the IR blaster too.
Talking about the ZTE Axon 40 Pro, it gets a 6.67inch FHD+ OLED panel. This is also a 10bit panel and supports up to 144Hz refresh rate. Unfortunately, this phone doesn’t have an under-display camera and uses Snapdragon 870 5G chip.
This chipset is also paired with the UFS 3.1 storage & LPDDR5 RAM. Meanwhile, there is a quad-camera setup on this device’s back. The main camera is a 108MP Samsung sensor paired with 8MP UW with a 2MP+ 2MP depth/macro sensor. Eventually, there is a 16MP selfie camera inside the punch hole.
Similarly, the ZTE Axon 40 Pro weighs around 199 Grams and carries an 8.46mm thickness. Both phones will boot up Android 12 out-of-the-box. While the Pro variant has 66W charging, the ultra variant supports 80W with a 5000Mah battery.
Release Date
Although, the company has already teased its posters in China. This phone may launch on 9 May in that region while a Global launch occurred next this month. Similarly, there are only a few chances that the phone will launch in India.
