Vivo Y77E
Vivo previously released the Vivo Y77 in Chinese markets, which featured a Dimensity 930 5G Soc. Now, the company has added a new ‘e’ variant to its Y77 lineup.
The Vivo Y77E was quietly released in China, powered by the Dimensity 810 chip. Furthermore, it is currently only available in China; global and Indian variant launches have yet to be confirmed.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- Vivo Y77E is available in three colors as well as up to 8GB/256GB variants.
- The price of the 8GB/128GB model is roughly ₹20,000 (¥1,699) while other variants’ prices are not revealed yet.
- This device could launch in India too within September.
Vivo Y77E: Specifications
It has a 6.58-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,408 pixel) display with a refresh rate of 60Hz, a screen-to-body ratio of 90.61 percent, and a touch sampling rate of 180Hz. This is also an OLED panel with a V-shaped notch. The backside has a plastic body with two circular camera cutouts.
For photography, Vivo Y77E is equipped with a 13MP primary sensor joined by a 2MP Macro unit as well as the front notch carries an 8MP sensor. There’s a 5000Mah battery present on the phone which supports upto 18W fast charging through a type-C port.
Vivo Y77E sports a6 nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC with a Mali G57 GPU and up to 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB UFS 2.2 storage. The phone also has a fingerprint sensor on the side and supports face unlock for authentication.
Colors, Price & Availablity
The Vivo Y77e 5G is priced at CNY 1,699 (approximately Rs. 20,000) in China for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model. The phone is also available in 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage configurations. However, Vivo has not yet revealed the prices of these variants.
The smartphone is available in three colours: Crystal Black, Crystal Powder, and Summer Listening to the Sea. There is no information on its availability in other markets, including India.
