Oppo Find X5 Pro tipped to launch very soon

Find ‘X’ series is the most premium series from Oppo. After launching the X3 series, Oppo decided to jump forward to Find X5 Series. These phones are going to launch in Q1 2022. There will be no Find X4 series because the Chinese treat 4 as an unlucky number.

Find X5 Pro: Display & Design

Find X5 pro will sport a Curved 6.78-inch 120 Hz LTPO 10bit AMOLED display altogether with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. There is an HDR10+ certified QHD+(526ppi) display with Dolby Vision under the hood. The display will be very bright with 1300nits peak brightness with amazingly 91% screen body ratio.

As of find X3 Pro, Find X5 Pro will also have a glass back& aluminum frame with a matte finish. Although, there is an irregular camera module that seems to come according to the rumor.

 Find X5 Pro: Battery & Charging

Even though, Mi has unveiled its 120W hypercharge to avail commercially this year. So, oppo has also announced its 125W superVOOC charging in Oppo Inno Days 2021. And, there is a great chance that oppo Find X5 pro will feature a 5000MAh battery together with a 125W fast charge. There’s also a 30W wireless charging support on the phone.

Although there’s a USB Type-C gen 3.1 port with reverse charging capability.

 Processor, RAM & Storage

Of course, it will feature the latest flagship processor under the hood. X5 Pro will be powered by the latest Snapdragon Gen 1 chip with Adreno 730 Graphics. Additionally, Gen 1 is 20% more battery efficient than its predecessor with a 4nm fabrication technology.

Eventually, It is equipped with 4th gen Snapdragon X65 5G Modem-RF System which has a 10Gbps peak download speed.

The device will provide LPDDR5 RAM & the latest UFS 3.1 Storage support.

Find X5 Pro: Camera & UI

Moreover, there are many similarities between the X5 pro and the X3 pro launched earlier. Find X5 Pro has the latest Sony 50MP IMX 707 instead of X3 Pro’s IMX766. Furthermore, this is the same sensor we got on Xiaomi 12 pro. The other sensor includes a 13MP periscope with 5X optical zoom, 50MP ultra-wide & 3MP macro camera. The selfie camera would be the same as the X3 pro 32MP.

This Flagship phone is powered by Android 12 based color OS 12 which will be cleared upon the launch

Launch & Expected Price

There are three variants included with phone: 8GB/256GB, 12GB/256GB and 16GB/512GB. However, there’s no info on the colors. The expected price of the device seems around 60-65k for the base variant and around 80k for the 16GB variant.

The device will launch in March 2022(china). On the other hand, there’s no info about the global launch event.
