ASUS ZenFone 9 5G
Asus after a long time looks like to work on their Zenfone 9 Device. This device will come with a significant upgrade over the Zenfone 8Z in terms of camera & performance. We are expecting that this phone will come to India in next coming weeks.
The company claims that this is going to be a compact phone with around a 6-inch display & tough built quality. Although, the company has already released the trailer of the phone which reveals some specs of this phone.
Highlights:
- It will be released in the last week of July or apparently in August.
- The expected price of the phone will be around 50K to 60K.
Key Specifications
As the company Reveals that the Asus Zenfone 9 5G is going to be a compact device with a 5.9inch FHD+ AMOLED panel as well. This may get the support for LPTO tech with a side punch hole for the selfie.
The display has been protected by Gorilla Glass Victus on both sides with IP 68 ratings as well. It has a side fingerprint scanner named Zentouch by the company. The back panel is quite glossy with a dual circular camera cut-out.
Performance & Battery
For performance, the phone packs the ultimate flagship chip 8+ Gen 1 with TSMC’s 4nm architecture aligned with cortex X2 cores as well. It is further bound with LPDDR5 Memory & UFS 3.1 storage.
Similar to the processor, it has a 4300 Mah battery while its charging capabilities are still yet to know. According to many leaked info, it may have around 60W charging speed with a Type-C port.
Camera & Others
Although, we have only info about its primary sensor only which is the Sony IMX 766 50MP sensor with 6-axis Gimbal OIS Stabilisation on the top. You will have a dual camera on the back with a single punch hole for the front camera. More info will be known by the release time.
ASUS Zenfone 9 5G supports Wi-Fi 6E, GPS, BT 5.3, NFC & more options. Eventually, it has our beloved 3.5mm headphone port too. With all these things aside, it has a customisable case too. Further, it will boot Android 12 with two years of Android upgrades.
Launch Date & Price
Since this phone has been officially announced by the company indicates it that its launch is relevant. Moreover, it will be priced from around 50,000 rupees to 60,000 rupees in India. The actual launch date isn’t revealed yet but we expect Asus Zenfone 9 to come in the first week of August.
