SD 695 vs Exynos 1280 5G

Samsung recently launched its new mid-range chip inside the market. We have already seen this processor in the latest Samsung M33 5G, Samsung- A series phones. At the same time, we got another chip from Qualcomm, Snapdragon 695 5G which is also another 5G chip available in many midrange phones like Moto G71, Realme 9 Pro & Redmi note 11 Pro+.

So, let’s compare these chips to find out which one can provide better performance, efficiency & Features. Meanwhile, you can also watch our YouTube video regarding this topic.

Core & Architecture

  • SD 695 vs Exynos 1280 5G
  • SD 695 vs Exynos 1280 5G

  • SD 695 vs Exynos 1280 5G
  • Snapdragon 695 5G chip gets the TSMC 6nm core architecture, further boosted with 2x 2.2GHz Cortex A78 cores for performance & 6x 1.7GHz Cortex A55 cores for efficiency.
  • Meanwhile, Exynos 1280 has a dual-core cluster with high-performance Cortex-A78 at 2.4GHz and 6x Cortex-A55 at 1.8GHz. Eventually, you will get it on Samsung 5nm architecture on this chip

Although, both are very same to use similar cores while Exynos 1280 gets the advantage with higher core frequency & better battery efficiency too.

RAM & Storage

  • The Exynos supports the latest UFS 3.1 RAM. Eventually, you will get Quad Channel LPDDR5 RAM up to 16GB at 2750MHz support on this chipset.
  • The SD 695 5G chip gets only the UFS 2.2 storage support. While the maximum RAM support is 8GB LPDDR4X RAM at 2133 MHz.

Exynos 1280 5G chip gets very much advantage here with flagship Ram & Storage support.

Network & Connectivity

  • SD 695 vs Exynos 1280 5G
  • SD 695 vs Exynos 1280 5G
  • SD 695 vs Exynos 1280 5G
  • The latest Exynos 1280 chip supports the QHD+ panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. Meanwhile, it uses the Mali-G68 MC4 graphics at 1000MHz for gaming. It provides HDR 10+ support and video recording capability up to 4K at 30FPS. This processor offers the 108MP sensor support max while no info about dual-camera support.
  • The SD 695 5G chip provides support for 1080P screens at 120Hz. While the video recording capability is very low only 1080P videos at 30FPS. Although, you will get the Adreno 619 GPU which can support up to 108MP single camera.

Exynos 1280 gets better with this comparison, having better Graphics & Display & Video recording support.
