Reliance Jio has recently raised prices on its prepaid recharge plan for JioPhone users, which now costs 20% more. Now, the base JioPhone 1GB/day plan starts at Rs. 186.
Some years ago, Reliance Jio announced their JioPhone for Indian users. Reliance Jio, India’s largest cellular service provider, is rolling out a price hike of around 20% for the prepaid features of its new feature phone, the JioPhone. Going forward, new prices of JioPhone prepaid are available for all new JioPhone prepaid recharges, as well as in all different circles. And plan all information has already been listed on Reliance Jio’s website. This was reported by multiple publications, and the new price represents a hike of up to Rs 150 for prepaid plans. There are different kinds of expensive plans like the JioPhone prepaid plan. It used to be priced at Rs 749, but it is now priced at Rs 899.

JioPhone Prepaid Recharges: The New Prices
A new prepaid plan offered by JioPhone users includes the Rs 899 plan, which users can use as a long-term option. The new plan offers a pack validity of 336 days or 12 straight packs of 28 days. This plan includes unlimited voice calling, 2GB of 4G data per month, and 50 SMS messages per month. This recharge will provide each user with a maximum of 24 GB data total and data speeds will be reduced to 64 Kbps after the allocated 4G data is gone. The plan includes bundled content and services like Jio TV, JioCinema, and JioCloud.
Those other two plans with even higher prices are now at Rs 222 and Rs 186, from the earlier prices of Rs 185 and Rs 155. Under Jio’s new Rs 222 prepaid plan, JioPhone users have 2GB of 4G data per day. After which, they’ll enjoy download speeds of 64Kbps. The validity of the package comes with unlimited voice calls, 28-day recharge pack validity, and 100 SMS messages per day. Included in the package is also an expanded bundle of additional services.
Last month’s offer – now priced at Rs 186 – also includes the same benefits as the previously mentioned plan but offers you 1GB of 4G data a day.
