OnePlus 11 specifications have been leaked, and it looks incredible

There is no doubt that OnePlus is known for launching devices with high-end specs, and their smartphones are sold worldwide. The OnePlus 11 smartphone is the company’s next-generation flagship phone, and it is soon going to be released across the world, including India. A successor to the OnePlus 10 Pro, which was launched in March 2022, this smartphone is part of the OnePlus 10 series.

In order for the smartphone to be launched in India and globally at the same time, it is expected to be launched in India in the first quarter of 2023. Before the official launch date of this smartphone is announced by the company, Digital Chat Station has shared the specifications of this smartphone on Weibo. According to Max Jambor, the upcoming OnePlus Pro model will be called OnePlus 11.

Display & Processor

• The Smartphone features a 6.7-inch 2K 120Hz LTPO Curved Amoled Display with 3200×1440 Pixel Resolution, 360Hz Touch Sampling Rate, 10-bit Color Depth, HDR 10+ Certified, 1500-nits Peak Brightness, and Gorilla Glass Protection.
• The device is going to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC with Adreno 740 GPU, and for cooling it will have a VC Cooling System.

Camera, RAM, & Storage

• It is going to feature a 32MP Sony IMX615 Front Camera. In terms of the Rear Camera, it has a 50MP IMX766 OIS Main + 48MP IMX581 Ultra-wide-angle + 32MP IMX709 OIS Telephoto Rear Camera.
• In order to process images and videos, the Smartphone will collaborate with Hasselblad.
• The OnePlus 11 is going to have up to 12GB LPDDR5x RAM, which can be expanded up to 7GB via the Virtual RAM option, and it will have up to 256GB UFS 4.0 Storage.

Battery, Charging, & Speaker

• The device is packed with a 5000mAh battery which supports 100W Fast Wired and 50W Fast Wireless Charging, and it can share power up to 10W.
• The device will have Dual Stereo Speakers, like its predecessor.

Security & Software

• The phone has an Optical In-Display Fingerprint Scanner and Face ID for Security.
• As usual, the smartphone will come on ColorOS 13/Oxygen OS 13 based on Android 13 out of the box.
• For the Chinese market, ColorOS 13 will be used, while Oxygen OS 13 will be used for the Indian and global markets.

Connectivity & Others

• For Connectivity, it has options like 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C Port for Charging and Data Transfer.
• The smartphone is around 8.6mm thick and nearly 201 grams in weight.
• Other features -> the device has an X-Axis Linear Motor and Alert Slider.

OnePlus 11 Price and Launch timeline

• The smartphone will launch in different variants which will cost from CNY 4500 to 5500 which is approx. Rs. 51,630 to 63,100.
• It is expected that this powerful device will be launched in China in December ’22, then followed by India and the rest of the world, after a month of the launch of Snapdragon’s new processor event.

Opinion

On the basis of the leaked specifications and features, the OnePlus 11 seems to be a top-of-the-line device with a competitive price range. This device will launch after the Snapdragon New Processor launch. Despite this, this is not the only smartphone equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen2 SoC. There are many other phones which will launch in that period like the iQOO 11 Series, Xiaomi 13 Series, Samsung Galaxy S23 Series, and more. At that time, we will see how this device will differentiate from other devices.
