Xiaomi Civi 1S to Soon launch in April, Key Specs Revealed

Xiaomi is soon going to launch its new line of smartphones, the Xiaomi Civi 1S in China on 21 April. The smartphone appears to be a premium mid range smartphone if we consider the expected pricing and specifications. It is an enhanced version of last year’s launch Xiaomi Civi.

So, lets look into the various details that we got about this smartphone.

Xiaomi Civi 1S: Design and Dimensions

Xiaomi Civi 1S will come in Purple and White color variants. The details regarding the device’s weight, thickness and dimensions are currently unavailable.

Display

Civi 1S will come with 6.55-inch, FHD+ Curved OLED Display with 120 Hz refresh rate. This is very standard for the segment.

SoC

Xiaomi Civi 1S will come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G+ 5G (6 nm) SoC which has an octa-core CPU with a clock rate of up to 2.5 GHz and Adreno 642L GPU.

Camera

The device will feature a triple camera setup which consists: 64MP Main camera (Samsung GW3 lens, OIS enabled) + 8MP Sony IMX355 Ultra Wide lens + 2MP Macro lens. It may feature a 32MP Sony IMX616 selfie camera.

Storage

Xiaomi Civi 1S will come in 8/12GB RAM and 128/256GB ROM variants. It will feature LPDDR4X RAM with UFS 2.2 storage. It also has no SD card slot.

Audio

It will come with Stereo Speakers with no 3.5 mm jack.

Battery and Charging

It will feature a 4500 mAh battery capacity with 55W or 67W fast charging with USB C.

Other Features

Xiaomi Civi 1S will come with Android 12 and MIUI 13 out of the box. The phone will also feature a Under Display, Optical Fingerprint Scanner for security.

Xiaomi Civi 1S: Price and Launch

Xiaomi Civi 1S is expected to be a premium mid range smartphone, so the starting price is expected to be around $389. The phone will launch in China on 21 April, 2022.
